During my recent stay at Bwc, I was astounded by how the hotel exceeded my high expectations. Not only did they go above and beyond in serving my elderly parents, ensuring their comfort and convenience, but the air conditioning in our room was a blessing during the hot days. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were a thoughtful touch, allowing us to relax in our cozy sitting area. The staff's attention to detail extended to the free toiletries provided, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The bathroom with its separate walk-in shower and bath was a delightful surprise, adding to the overall comfort of our experience. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff's exceptional customer service truly stood out. It's rare to find a place that not only meets but exceeds all criteria, and Bwc certainly did just that. Their commitment to providing a top-notch experience is commendable, and I can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to others seeking a memorable stay in the heart of town.
